’My lords and ladies
As you well know, I
have been researching and compiling data on the xenos faction known as the
Adakine Empire for the last six solar months, analyzing and studying their
culture and military, customs and habits.
In my efforts, I have
answered many of the questions posed to me by strategists and my fellow
intelligence officers, using the plethora of data we have received from
operatives inside the empire and first hand accounts of the soldiers that have
been fighting this foe since negotiations broke down.
This account should
provide a whole and unbiased catalog of information, which we can use to
identify weak points and pertinent gaps in their infrastructure we can exploit.
Troop types, disposition, equipment, and tactics cans also be found at the
start of the file, and I urge the departmento to deliver copies to our field
commanders and admirals to better familiarize themselves with our enemy.
