My lords and ladies

As you well know, I have been researching and compiling data on the xenos faction known as the Adakine Empire for the last six solar months, analyzing and studying their culture and military, customs and habits.

In my efforts, I have answered many of the questions posed to me by strategists and my fellow intelligence officers, using the plethora of data we have received from operatives inside the empire and first hand accounts of the soldiers that have been fighting this foe since negotiations broke down.

This account should provide a whole and unbiased catalog of information, which we can use to identify weak points and pertinent gaps in their infrastructure we can exploit. Troop types, disposition, equipment, and tactics cans also be found at the start of the file, and I urge the departmento to deliver copies to our field commanders and admirals to better familiarize themselves with our enemy.

Please contact me with any concerns and information you may have pertaining to this threat, as this collation is a living thing that shall be updated as we discover more about them.

Regards,
Major Djughan Barryc,

Welcome!

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Salient Cluster, a blog covering my longtime addiction to Warhammer 40,000 and my more recent discovery of Warhammer 30,000, along with a few other miniatures games.

Please feel free to leave any comments or constructive criticisms on my posts, which will be usually more fluff-oriented, and less gaming focussed. I'm always willing to try new techniques or hear other people's opinions on my miniatures and their backgrounds.

To anyone who wants to know what will be on the blog now and in the near future, expect to see a lot of 30k Loyalist Iron Warriors, some White Scars, Knights, Mechanicum, and a couple of xenos races- one of which I have created myself- known as the Adakine Triumvirate.

Anyways, thanks for stopping by, and I hope to hear your thoughts as my armies grow and their stories are told.
